The Dive Motel
The Dive Motel offers a nostalgic trip with a 23-room concept that channels the essence of a 1970s roadside retreat, enhanced with today's technology. Spearheaded by Frank Favia, the project saw close collaboration with owner Lyon Porter to create the signature "Party On A Switch" feature, enabling guests to ignite an integrated sound system and disco ball light show with the flick of a switch, merging convenience with a retro vibe.
