Onsite Workshops

The On-site project represents a meticulous redesign of an 1860s Victorian Mansion, now the heart of On-site Workshops, a pioneering wellness retreat center in Cumberland Furnace, Tennessee. This transformation was spearheaded by Frank Atelier, in collaboration with Cowboy Creative and architecture firm Pfeffer Torode, blending historical charm with modern mindfulness principles. The mansion has been reimagined into a serene, transformative space designed to facilitate self-realization and mindfulness practices within its historic walls.

Key Features:

  • Historic Redesign: A complete overhaul of a Victorian Mansion, combining its classic elements with contemporary wellness design principles.

  • Centerpiece Chandelier: A stunning 34-ft piece, originally from New York City's Palace Hotel, spanning three floors and integrating beautifully with the mansion's spiral staircase.

  • Textile and Wallpaper Harmony: Unique decor approach where furniture, wall coverings, and rugs feature exact-match patterns, creating a seamless and immersive environment.

  • Extensive Wallpapering: Around 20,000 square feet of wallpapering, contributing significantly to the mansion’s revitalization and overall ambiance.
